The War Museum of Nafplion is housed in the building of the first War Academy. Visitors can see the course of history of Modern Greece, starting from the Greek Revolution era and all the way to the time of liberation from the occupying forces, with the citizens assisting in the efforts. Particular reference is made to the first Governor of Greece, Ioannis Kapodistrias.
